Booking & Pricing
How much does a wedding DJ cost on Long Island?
Pro DJ Productions' wedding DJ and MC packages start at $1,695 for a one-person DJ/MC with 4 hours of music and a free basic light show. A two-person DJ and MC team starts at $2,595. Ceremony and cocktail-hour sound are $100 each. See wedding packages.
How much does a party or Sweet 16 DJ cost?
Party DJ packages start at $1,000 for 4 hours ($1,250 for 5), and a two-person DJ and MC team starts at $1,600. Sweet 16 packages start at $1,195. See private event packages.
How much is a photo booth rental?
Photo booths start at $400 for one hour of our ring-light booth. Open-air booths with unlimited prints start at $700, 360 video booths at $500, and PhotoBot at $800 an hour. See every booth.
How far in advance should we book?
Most couples book 9–14 months ahead, and peak Saturdays in May–June and September–October go first. If your date is sooner, check it anyway. We keep backup DJs on our roster and can often cover late bookings.
How do we book and pay?
Build your package and check your date online at prodjproductions.com/book. You can pay in full, or split it into two payments with a 50% deposit to hold your date, and sign online.
Music & MC
Do you provide an MC as well as a DJ?
Yes. Every event includes MC duties. The two-person package adds a dedicated MC, so one person runs introductions, toasts, and the timeline while the DJ stays on the music.
Can we pick our own music?
Completely. Your online planning portal includes must-play and do-not-play lists, plus song requests for every part of the night. We build the night around them.
Do you take song requests from guests?
Yes. We take requests during the event and read the room, as long as they fit your do-not-play list.
Equipment & Backup
What if equipment fails or a DJ gets sick?
We bring backup equipment to every event and keep a backup DJ on call.
Are you insured? Can you send our venue a COI?
Yes. Pro DJ Productions is fully insured, and we provide a certificate of insurance (COI) to your venue on request.
Do you provide lighting?
Every package includes a basic light show. You can add uplighting ($500–$1,000), tower lights (2 for $750), a starry night sky ($300), and name in lights ($300).
Where We Work
Where does Pro DJ Productions serve?
We're based in Massapequa, NY and cover all of Long Island (Nassau and Suffolk County), NYC (Brooklyn, Queens, and Manhattan), Westchester, New Jersey, and Connecticut. We also serve South Florida. Travel details are handled in your quote.
Do you do outdoor and backyard events?
Yes. We DJ backyard and outdoor parties, and our outdoor movie night package is $350 on weekdays and $400 on weekends on Long Island. See movie nights.
