- Please fill out all forms and submit 1 month prior to party date by email.
- We will be sure to email our Insurance Certification to you if requested by your venue.
- Please let us know if meal arrangements have been made for our band, DJs, MCs, musicians, photo team, and crew. -Please contact our office to find out how many staff members will be needed for your event.
- Please provide us with a phone number and email address of your wedding planner or catering hall contact ASAP.
- When making your seating plans, please make sure you put the older guests away from the band or DJ and put all younger people closer.
- Tell catering hall they need not set up a stage for us.
- Notify us if you have a guest vocalist or musician that would like to perform with us ASAP. And have them contact us directly 2 months before your event.
- If you supply your own handouts, please be sure to open all the packages and take them out any boxes or wrappes and drop off at your venue.
- No changes can be made to the song list or montage 2 weeks prior to event date.
- There will be a $100 late charge if music form are submitted inside of 1 month prior to your event date. No appointment is required before your event, only if one is needed by the client. If an appointment is set up, and you cancel or are a no-show, there will be a $100 charge added to your contract. You must then call to reschedule or finalize details over the phone.
MUSIC GUIDE FOR FORMALITIES AND SONG CHOICES
Feel free to use ANY song that you want. Music selections may come from your Apple Music, Spotify, Youtube etc.
Please be sure to email us any song files, MP3s, or links to the songs that you wish for us to use. Please be sure to include your name and event date in the subject line.
CEREMONY
If we are providing music for your ceremony, other than live musicians, be sure to complete our Ceremony
Form with all of your musical choices. Please include song titles and artists/band names.

COCKTAIL HOUR
Please provide us with a list of songs and artists/bands that you would like played.
RECEPTION
For your parent/bridal party introductions, please pick three (3) songs: 1 for parents, 1 for
Bridal Party, and 1 for Bride & Groom. Be sure to use any songs that are HIGH-ENERGY,
UPBEAT, and in the realm of RADIO TOP 40s HITS, ROCK, or HOUSE/CLUB music.
For the First Dance, Cake Cutting, Parent Dances, and the Last Song of party, choose any
song that you want that fits the style of your event.

all of the formalities listed. You may change the order or eliminate any of the formalities that do not fit your preference or do not apply to you.
